Q: What kinds of payment do you accept?

Q: Is my personal information safe with you?
A: Of course! We'd never use your information, such as address or credit card number, for any other reason than to receive payments and send items to you. We also would never sell or allow for other companies or entities to get a hold of your email address.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order once I've made my payment?
A: If you'd like to change or cancel an order, please do so as soon as you know you need to change or cancel it. Once orders are shipped, they can no longer be canceled and the process of delivery and then returning the item can take up to two weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) for the entire order to be processed as a return/refund.
Q: Where's my order?
A: Depending where you live, some orders can take up to a full week to reach you, but typically take 2-4 days. Once your order is placed, please give our shipping center up to 72 hours to prepare your package. We ship from New York, so feel free to see how long shipping would take to reach you by using the shipping calculator on the USPS website. Also, certain orders may take long and in such cases, we will always give you enough notice to let you know that your order may take a few extra days to reach you.
Q: I ordered something and it's too small. Now what?
A: As long as you're within the guideline of 14 days from shipment, we'd love to exchange your item, free of charge! Just contact the help desk by using the form at the bottom of this page and we'll contact you shortly with instructions!
Q: I'm completely dissatisfied with my item and want my money back. How do I get a refund?
A: As with returns, please stay within the 14 day guideline of returning and refunding items. Contact the help desk by using the form below and we'll give you instructions. Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and check for any defects you listed and to ensure that tags weren't removed and the item was not worn or washed. Your refund should be processed by us within 3 business days.
